Do you work remotely?
Yes — all of my support is fully remote. Most of my clients run virtual or hybrid businesses, and I’m often invited into internal tools like Slack or Notion to stay plugged in as your right hand.
What tools do you work in?
I’m fluent in Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, and more — and I’ll adapt to your current stack or help you streamline it.
Do you offer one-time projects?
Yes! I offer VIP days, audits, and one-time builds if you need help getting organized fast — no long-term commitment required.
Can I choose the days you’re available to me?
I work with multiple clients and don’t reserve fixed days per person — but I *am* available Monday through Friday (MST) and always aim to respond quickly via email or WhatsApp. You'll feel fully supported without needing to micromanage time blocks.
What’s the minimum level of ongoing support?
Retainers typically start at 10 hours/month and can scale up depending on your needs. Some clients just need monthly maintenance — others prefer more embedded, day-to-day partnership. We’ll shape the support around *you*.
Do you work with agencies or teams?
Definitely. Whether you’re a solo founder or part of a growing team, I’m happy to plug in where you need operations support most.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Nope! My retainers are month-to-month, with a 30-day notice period if you decide to pause or wrap up. I believe in staying flexible — just like the businesses I support.
